Returns Policy

GREECE

You may return your order (fully or partially) within 15 days counting from the date you received it.

All products must be returned within their original packaging, along with all labels (which must have not been removed or torn). 

Products from SKINCARE and BODY AND WELLNESS categories must be returned unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

In case of return;

1. Please fill in the Return Sheet which you will find included in your order package. 

2. Contact Speedex Courier to collect the package. All returns are exclusively sent via Speedex by completing the Return Voucher included in every package. 

In the Return Sheet you are given 2 options;

• Replacement
• Refund

Our company holds the right to wait until the products are returned to proceed with replacement / refund. 

Return Fees

* Returns are FREE of charge for the first return, exclusively via Speedex Courier. If you return the product/s via another shipping company, you will be charged with the full amount of the return. For second, third etc. return, you are charged with both the cost of return to us and the shippment from us to you. 

* In case you request for refund, you will be charged with the return fee. The amount will be returned the same way it was issued within 14 calendar days from the day the return was received; if you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will make a bank deposit to a bank account indicated by you on the Return Sheet.

Please note that Ma Cherie does not manage returns from orders shipped to Cyprus. In case you want to return an order, all procedures and expenses should be covered entirely by you.
